Chicken Barn Ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team.
The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to guide and manage the overall provision of Human resource services, policies and programs, performing day-to-day HR operations in support of the Directors. The HR Manager is expected to facilitate the creation of a healthy work environment and champion employees’ and the organisation’s development.
The successful candidate must have:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related area.
-A minimum 3-5 years’ HR Experience.
-Experience working in a unionized environment.
-A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
The preferred candidate should:
-Possess excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
-A working knowledge of employment/labour laws.
-Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking
and active listening.
-Demonstrate good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
-Good organization and time management.
Experience in the food service industry would be an asset.
