A LEADING RESTAURANT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH COAST IS SEEKING TO RECRUIT A GENERAL MANAGER
The restaurant’s General Manager (GM) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including the dining room and bar areas. He or she rosters and supervises the staff, oversees the preparation of drinks and ensures that the dining areas are clean and well-stocked. The GM also interacts with customers, manages reservations, and handles customer complaints. The GM must be able to think on his or her feet and make quick decisions. This position is also responsible for ensuring staff execute good service and will provide coaching and training when necessary. Financial targets must be reached, and operational budgets maintained.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Have a degree in General Management and at least two years’ experience in a similar role.

Be motivated and able to motivate others to give our guests the best experience with every visit.
Be able to foster team spirit and transfer knowledge to the team in order to enhance execution of service.
